Made arrangements to drop off policy the next day after confirming address. Busy signal upon call back, just like the above complaints.

this number called my phone and when i called back it went to an answering machine that said it was full and that i was being forwarded to an attendant but i was never forwarded to anyone...it kept going back to the voicemail..(i couldnt understand what it said) ...real weird...
